Sicily

An open air- museum with a 5000-year-old history to tell awaits you.
That is Sicily, a region of deep contrasts and unique beauty: Syracuse, the cradle of Greek culture, Taormina and its natural amphitheatre, which has the appearance of a stage set, Palermo, soul of the Mediterranean and assembly point of the culture of various peoples, the Valley of the Temples, Mount Etna, an undisputed and privileged onlooker from above, Noto with its rock garden, the wonders of the well-arranged remains of the Roman villa in Piazza Armerina.

But Sicily has even more to offer and appeals to all the senses of its visitors, who are thus introduced to a unique and special understanding of this country.
The deep devotion of the processions on Good Friday and in honour of the patron saint, the taste and smell of fruit which are generously produced by the fragrant countryside and reproduced on richly prepared tables, the fresh and pure embracing of the waters which surround the still unspoilt coast for kilometres and the passionately lasting rays of the sun, the genius loci, the celestial guard of mythical delights.

Let us take you to this land of myth with its daily ritual of taste and fragrance, where visions are blinded due to any kind of excess, where you have to face the painful light which on hot afternoons in August scorches the villages in the hinterland.
A unique experiences which you will not have elsewhere, a pain which digs deep into the hearts of those which have not seen Sicily yet, an illness which knows only one remedy: to return again and again.
